The car was clean and worked fine. Didn’t love the pick up and drop off at the Parking Spot South. It was as described but especially for drop off it was a little stressful as there were no spots and the shuttle situation was a little crazy.

Thank you, Kelly! We’re glad the RAV4 was clean and worked well for your trip. We appreciate your feedback regarding The Parking Spot South. We understand that the lot and shuttle can become busy during peak travel times, and we’re always looking for ways to make airport pickup and return easier for our guests. Thank you again for choosing us!
