The car was in great condition for our trip! Our original trip was cancelled the same day so HD took our request last minute and everything went smoothly! Car was ready for us with clear pick up and drop off locations. The shuttle to airport was convenient and no extra fees! thank you so much

The car was spacious for a family of 6. I noticed the car shakes a bit when braking especially down the hills so I took it slow. I notified the owner so he should be aware but he didn’t respond. Would recommend making sure that gets fixed to feel safe driving it.
Thank you for your feedback. This vehicle has only 30k miles and is regularly inspected with no known brake issues. When driving downhill in the mountains with 6 people, continuous hard braking can cause the brakes to heat up, which may result in temporary vibration. We always recommend downshifting and controlled braking on steep grades. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
