Communication was good. No complaints with the car. The pickup and drop off from the airport was from a parking lot 7 miles away from the airport itself, but the shuttle was easy and timely and the provided instructions were very clear.

Good pickup location and process, tons of details on the Tesla from the host would make it easy if it's your first time driving one. Great communication and the car was well maintained and had top notch Pirelli winter tires.
