Directions for pick up were so specific and helpful, and it was so conveniently located for pick up. The vehicle was spotless and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely rent again.

This was my first time using Turo and first time driving a Tesla, it was great! John Paul was a very helpful and responsive host. Picking up and dropping off was no contact and very easy. The car was very clean. He sent me a lot of tips to help me get used to it before my trip started and was very quick to reply anytime I sent a message. The Tesla supercharger stations were easy but the one at my workplace was different. Luckily the host had a charging adaptor in the car which made it possible for me to use the station at my workplace too. I used the self-driving feature a ton and it was very impressive. It took me all the way from Highlands Ranch to Breckenridge without me needing to intervene at all. I hope I can use this car and host again soon!
