Pickup at my hotel was very convenient and made the trip easier. The car was clean and smelled fresh but had several paint chips and imperfections upon arrival.
My only significant complaint was the speed limiter. The vehicle was capped at 85 mph, and notifications begin appearing before you even reach that speed. This became frustrating when trying to safely pass slower vehicles, especially on highways where traffic was often moving faster than 80 mph. Having to adjust my normal driving habits because of the restriction took away from the overall experience.
Other than that, the rental process was smooth.
