I didn’t not even have a chance to drive the car because it had at least 3 service warnings and was not safe to drive. There as also an undisclosed giant crack in the windshield. Finally the host was not available when I messaged them about these concerns the host was not very responsive.

I have multiple Tesla's next time ring my phone and I'll swap you into another car. They're out on the road so much. I rarely get to see them them myself..

Great host. If you are looking to rent a Tesla from Turo look no further. I've rented multiple Teslas from this host and many others on Turo and he is by far the best. He doesn't limit the Teslas with parental controls and allows you to experience everything Tesla has to offer. He is attentive and will help with anything you need. I will continue renting from this host any chance I get.

Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. We experienced an unexpected death in the family during our trip, and he was incredibly understanding and accommodating. When we needed to extend our rental, he worked it out so we could keep the vehicle we already had, even though it had been reserved by another renter. He arranged alternative accommodations for the other booking and made a difficult time much less stressful for us.
Kelly was always available by phone or text and responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His kindness, flexibility, and excellent communication made all the difference. I will absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate host.
