Loved the car And the host was very nice and accommodating

Tire light was on, the car smelled weird (maybe cigarettes) and the passenger window kept rolling up and down. I didn’t feel safe driving this car after getting in it so I left the car where it was and found a new rental through enterprise. I have not been able to get in contact with Turo to resolve this matter. I’m more irritated with the way Turo has handled this situation than the host.

I will just talk about facts here,you said car location,pickup,dropoff,you are absolutely in control of that is a choice you made,interms of attitude,I’ve never mate you or saw you,interms of car smell or wired smell inaccurate as I send you screenshots from the previous guest who completely called out your inaccuracy,both on smell window rolling down or car safety.And you know that.The gentleman who rented the car after you just came back from New Mexico.Please is important to be truthful.Thank
