Car was comfortable and host was communicative, although some responses were automated AI. Key fob died the first day we had the car and we were stranded while we figured out how to replace the battery. Brakes also felt a little worn out, but other than that I would recommend Hector and his car

Thank you for your honest feedback, Wyatt. I’m sorry the key fob caused trouble during your trip, and I appreciate you letting me know about the brakes. I’m checking both so they’re taken care of for future guests. I’ll also keep your feedback about my messages in mind. I’m glad you found the car comfortable and would recommend renting with us.
Great car, smooth ride and fuel efficient. Easy pickup in a convenient location.
