Car was excellent. Brand new, drove very well, great fuel efficiency. Had some trouble picking it up as the location did not have cell service for me, but I was able to change the return location (for a fee) to make it work for what I needed. We had a hail storm that cracked the windshield in two places early on in the trip, so we submitted photos and asked for guidance on what to do, but i never saw a return email. Hoping the cost of the return isn’t more than what a quick safelite repair visit would cost. Excellent experience overall!

Beware of renting from this host. They expected me to submit my insurance card before renting the car. Also, the Subaru Outback couldn't maintain cruise control on the highway, and the steering wheel sometimes locked for a second. These quirks are all unacceptable for a Turo rental, so stay away from this host and their vehicle at all costs.
