Car quality was as advertised and worked fine. Pick up was chaotic. We expected that the car would be available at or near pick up time. Owner was late in placing the car and due to our uufamiliarity with DEN, it was a real hastle to get to the car's location. The app or the communications did not work well at the pick up time. Car did NOT have a full tank of gas as advertised. We did, however, return it with a full tank. This is the LAST time I will book with turo.
