Very good communication and easy to follow instructions

Pick-up info could have been more clear (specifically which shuttle to take) and be sent sooner as we were waiting on info that held us up from getting into vehicle. Details for drop-off had to be requested day of, so also would have been nice to receive sooner.

The co-owners were absolutely lovely and responsive and provided fantastic amount of detail. They were also very helpful because the car needs some maintenance and needed it to be returned.
