Amazing car, drives very smooth. Pick up and drop off were easy and the people at the parking lot are very nice and friendly. On top of that the host was very responsive and patient. They accommodated me when someone else cancelled on me last minute. I would definitely book with them again.

However vehicle broke down halfway into our trip unfortunately.

We’d like to clarify that the vehicle did not have a mechanical issue. It was driven until the fuel tank was empty, which required roadside assistance. Once refueled, the vehicle was operating normally.
