Awesome on gas..very clean..The host was great..

The vehicle had mechanical issues during my trip and had to be towed, which was a major inconvenience while I was out of state.
Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the host downplayed the situation and made comments implying the problem didn’t exist before I had the vehicle. That response made an already stressful situation worse.
I do appreciate that Turo stepped in, handled the tow, and provided a refund.
I would advise others to proceed with caution and make sure expectations are clear in case something goes wrong.
I’m sorry the trip became stressful. The vehicle was fully functional and well maintained before the rental, and the issue only arose after over 3,000 miles of driving. Once notified, I encouraged the guest to have the vehicle inspected by a certified dealership and offered assistance with alternative transportation. Unexpected issues can occasionally happen with any vehicle, but I always aim to handle them fairly and professionally.

The overall process was excellent. The pickup and drop-off process was defined clearly and concisely- could not have been easier. The car was clean and in excellent condition. Everything about the process and the car worked really well. Very pleased.
