Ease of access from the airport, pickup, and drop off.

Pretty easy pickup and drop off although Parking Spot South is 10-15 min drive from DIA. SUV was good and was able to book it last second when another Turo cancelled. Did have an issue with one of the doors not opening from inside, and ApplePlay was spotty at best (could have been user error)

Just to clarify, the rear door issue was due to the child safety lock being enabled, which prevents the door from opening from the inside. We’ll also take another look at the Apple CarPlay connection to make sure everything is working smoothly for future guests.

Hey, my service was horrible at the parking lot so I couldn't check out before 3 min ran out. We dropped off the car at 10 and texted you the parking spot, since that's all it let me do. We got it done on time. Please do not charge us the extra fee. Thanks.

Car was exactly as advertised. A few small nicks but does not affect the vehicle at all.
Do pay attention that the vehicle is locked off the premisses about 10-15 mins from the airport - but super easy and convenient pickup/drop off.
