Great car! Easy pick up and drop off.

Terrible, these host clearly do not clean their cars. 1st car drove ok but literally had blood stains above the drivers side head that just needed a simple wipe. 2nd Car (Rogue) had a envelope with weed still on it right on the passenger side seat floor, wish I could upload pics. Could have put me and my family at risk. Clearly not cleaned from one guest to another. The drivers wheel completely disgusting, Clammy, grossed out just by touching the wheel. Completely Blown Speakers!!! Don’t even waste your time trying to listen to anything it will just piss you off how bad it sounds. Funny thing is I remember renting this vehicle a while ago and I remember putting a wheel cover on the wheel because of how disgusting it felt

The claims made in this review are simply not accurate. The guest never voiced any of these concerns during the trip and continued extending the vehicle day after day. We even significantly reduced the daily rate below market price to accommodate the guest and keep them satisfied. If the vehicle was truly in the condition described, they had every opportunity to stop extending or contact us.
Owner responded very quickly and was willing to help when the car had engine issue
