I spent extra to pickup at hotel, it was not disclosed exactly where the car would be parked or that I would be responsible for another $45 for the parking fee. When I asked the host I got no response. Had I known I may have made other arrangements. The rear low tire pressure light came on. I filled the tire with air. It came in again 2 days later. Spent another $6 on air. Other wise good.

Worst rental experience - they were over an hour late, left me standing in the rain in a parking lot, gave me the wrong unlock code, slow to respond ( while I was standing in the rain) then charged me to refuel the vehicle that was not full when I picked it up. Also sent me a message asking for a 5 star review in exchange for 3% refund or 15% off a future rental.
Would not rent from them again!!!
