Communication with Jordan was always clear—gave directions/instructions for every single thing, which was very helpful. The car was overall good—clean and got us to and from everywhere we needed to go. Only minor complaint is that the car does struggle a bit on inclines and picking up speed on quick accelerations.

His instructions and communication were great. The Nissan kick has a small engine but I knew that coming in. It was fuel efficient and had a very good cargo space for a smaller car.

Pick up and drip off are easy and fast. This vehicle has a hard time in the mountains as it has a small engine though.

Acceleration was a little slow like another review said, so trying to merge onto highways was a slight issue. Other than that everything else was perfect, and it was super easy to pickup and return!
