We had an excellent experience with the car and the customer service. I had never driven an EV and was a bit nervous, but figured out all the features easily. Only difficulty was finding fast charging stations.

Fantastic service and excellent car! Our first electric car experience. There was a little bit of a learning curve around planning to charge in the mountains but as long as we kept track of mileage, it was great!

Great car. Pick up and drop off we're easy, but they do take an extra 30 minutes when you factor in the shuttle. Shuttles do run frequently, but it's still a little away. Car held a charge really well and we got to Breck no problem without needing a charge ont the way up.

The car was great! Only downside is how long it takes to charge which is not at all their fault, I just have never driven an electric car and didn't realize it can take a couple hours to charge so just something good to note before booking!
Otherwise perfect! The host was very clear with instructions and accommodating when my flight was significantly delayed and pickup was extremely easy compared to all my friends who spent 3 hours picking up rental cars from the airport.
