Terrible car and terrible host!!!!! The car was clean on the inside and looks wonderful from the outside. But it smells like a cloud of cigarette smoke, I also noticed that being mentioned by other customers. Not only that but other customers mentioned this about other cars offered by this host. I left the parking lot of the pick up location in promptly, turned back around to park it in it spot because it sounded like the car was gonna fall apart. Wish I had read the reviews as other customers had mentioned that tried renting this Mercedes. People were staring at me while walking their dogs as I pulled out of the parking lot. It was so embarrassing and worrisome..
Unsafe vehicle. And a hose, who truly could not give a crap less about anything other than taking your money. I tried contacting this host as I sat in the parking lot for over an hour before I called Turo. I have been using Turo while I have major repairs done to my Audi Q5. I was 45 minutes away from my own home and had to take an Uber home after being stuck at the pick up site to avail for two hours. This host read all of my messages and did not even reply. I finally got a refund after speaking with support for a second time at 4 AM this morning. Complete nightmare. This host has other vehicles available that have very similar complaints by other customers as well. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOUSE IF YOU DO DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MERCEDES..TURO PLEASE TAKE THIS CAR AND THIS HOST OFF OF YOUR PLATFORM THEY MAKE YOU LOOK TERRIBLE.

I’ll give three stars only because the host was very communicative and very kind. But the car itself felt like it was going to fall apart while driving and it reeked of cigarette smoke. And the driver side headlight was out and it was a little beat up on the inside. But the host was really great and prompt.
