Picking up the car was kind of confusing, I’m still not convinced I took the right car 😅 the shuttle dropped us off in the correct lot but I had zero information on where the car was parked exactly. Finally found a car that looked like the one I rented, but the license plate didn’t match. Didn’t receive a code to the lockbox at all, luckily it was unlocked..which is crazy. So I just assumed the car was the right one and no one ever arrested me so I guess it’s fine? Host was unresponsive when I was trying to figure it out. Also got the message about roadside assistance on the second to last day of my trip so good thing I didn’t need any assistance..
Other than that, the car itself was great.

This rental company was awesome and everything was exactly as described. We even had a delay with traffic and they were very accommodating for our return. Also, they were very quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. I would definitely look them up again if l come this way next time.
