Pick up and drop off were extremely easy! Car drove smoothly for have 117,000 miles on it, and tires and brakes seemed and worked very well! The only “complaint” I have is that Apple car play would not work, wasn’t a huge issue was just inconvenient when I needed to use a map. Would definitely rent again!

Car worked perfectly. My only problem was that I searched for vehicles with pick up at airport (knowing it is off site) and the listing was actually for the hosts local address. I am not familiar with Denver so there is no way I would have known this. My search specified the airport so I thought that address was the remote parking address. The host was able to direct me on how to change the pickup location. I was told it would cost an additional $25. I agreed and made the change. I was charged $55 by Turo. I am happy with the car but feel a little deceived by the app. If I search airport, the pickup location should be airport (or remote lot accessible by free bus). The host was a good communicator and I think this is a Turo issue, not with this host.
