Communication was clear. Pick up/drop off was easy. Car was clean.

Everything was good but the grinding sound i had came down to denver for an event i was attending when I got the vehicle there was a grinding sound when I accelerate or brake i recorded it and told the host they asked if it was gonna affect my trip i was gonna see if maybe I can switch cars but I saw that there was no other vehicle available on the host's page and renting other vehicles at that time was to much because of the dates I barely drove the vehicle because of the grinding sound the second time I drove it, it was alittle louder and sometimes the radio would disconnect from my phone randomly i recorded thst as well after the first day I barely drove the car and on the third day i just left the vehicle parked and got a ride from my coworker for the brakes or rotors to be grinding like that it must've been ignored for awhile
