The car smelled like smoke
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the odor you experienced. Our Defender is a strictly non-smoking vehicle, but a previous guest returned it with a smoke-related odor. The vehicle was professionally treated before your trip, though it appears the smell was not fully eliminated. Regarding pickup, the vehicle location was clearly disclosed during booking, and we also reached out beforehand to confirm where the vehicle would be picked up.
