Car was good it did its job. I feel there's some issues with the car. But it wasn't the shop and I feel the host is getting it worked on. But the car did what it needed to do. It's obviously used and not the cleanest thing. It's definitely got a decent amount of miles on it. So you're getting what you pay for. Don't expect much, but it was decent. I will say be careful picking up and dropping off. Pick up was fine. But dropping off the neighbor where you have to park the car on the street in front of is a rude individual who will yell at you and so on and so forth if he thinks you're in front of his house too far or something like that. So be careful of the neighbor, all in all the ride was good, the host was responsive and nice. The car was mediocre but did its job. The drop-off experience wasn't the greatest given the neighbor yelling at me over dropping the car off as instructed. But all I know I'd say a good three stars.

Very disappointed with this guest. The car was spotless and fully prepared at pickup. After putting extensive miles on it, the guest returned it completely empty and absolutely filthy, resulting in a $150 cleaning fee and several hours of additional work. What’s most frustrating is that the guest then complained about the vehicle and left a poor rating after returning it in this condition. I went out of my way to provide a clean, well-maintained car.

Host was super communicative! Car quality was not great - scratches and dents throughout the exterior, faded paint on hood, roof and handles, stains on ceiling, burn hole in passenger seat, etc. However, pick up was easy and the car got me from Point A to Point B.

My apologies for the odor. I have done everything that Turo has asked me to do regarding this issue. I have never been able to collect the smoking violation fee because Turo has determined that I didn't have sufficient proof. I hope you can understand my position, and I appreciate your understanding. Thank you again.
