Although host accommodated my request to start my trip sooner, they requested that I send a selfie with the license plate of the vehicle. This was inconvenient and taxing for myself as I’m already dealing with chronic low back pain. Just sharing as a heads up.

When our flight landed we were made aware the person who previously rented the Jeep took the keys. After a short wait we were given a replacement vehicle that was comparable to the jeep but did not have 4 wheel drive. Santiago said he would personally deliver the Jeep the following day since the place we were staying at requested a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Once a time was communicated he traveled hours to make sure we had the vehicle we rented. We received a discount and had no issues with the Jeep.
