A guest will be charged $75 for estimating fees and $75 handling fee! In addition to these fees turo will charge a $500 damage deposit or $3000 damage deposit depending on damages. Typically it is in your best interest to work out and settle damage claims with your host

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for parking fees paid, as we incurred these costs when delivering the vehicle. If for some reason you can’t make it to pick up the car, please communicate this!
