Fabulous host and great car!

Spare tire was not included with the car leaving us stranded with no option but to require a tow for a flat.

I’m sorry the flat happened during your trip. The spare tire was unfortunately missing without my knowledge, and I had no indication it wasn’t in the vehicle. Turo also provided a complimentary Lyft ride so you were not left stranded. The spare is now being replaced and added to future pre-trip checks. I understand the inconvenience, but I do feel a one-star rating is disproportionate to an unexpected issue that was addressed promptly.
We used this car for nine days and went all over Colorado and had a great time. No issues whatsoever. The car is well cared for and maintained. The host was exceptional checking in on us several times during our trip to make sure everything was going OK. I highly recommend this host and this vehicle..
