The car was clean and as advertised. The communication was clear and prompt.

Car was super clean and was very comfortable. However the pick up location was a bit inconvenient, in the past when I’ve rented cars at the airport they are parked in one of the garages connected to the airport. Waiting for a shuttle to get to the parking spot lot was a pain, then when we arrived to the lot there was no service to check in. It was also noted that the car would be remotely unlocked which caused a lot of stress as there was no service.

Car was great and I think host is a well run company overall.
However unfortunately docking a star due to the pickup location. Location is a 20 min shuttle ride from airport which was not communicated until after booking, highly inconvenient with ski gear. The real issue - however - is the lot is a known cell phone dead zone. I arrived about 10pm and found myself stranded and unable to unlock the car in the middle of no where. I have an iPhone 17 Pro and At
