Car wasn’t very clean and tank wasn’t full.
The vehicle was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. The guest later complained that the carpets weren’t spotless, even though the vehicle was returned dirty and she said her kids caused the mess. She also claimed the gas wasn’t full after driving 10–15 minutes, despite providing a photo showing it was full at pickup. We did everything possible to provide a great experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend hosting this guest if you want to avoid unnecessary disputes.
