He worked with us to get pick up and drop off in the locations that worked for us.
The car was clean and ran well he even had chains and a scraper in the car just in case there was some spring snow.
We just talked at the beginning and end of trip, which was nice but he made sure we knew he was available if we needed assistance during the trip.
