⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect experience! The car was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly what we needed for exploring Denver and the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything so easy. Would absolutely rent from them again!

The minute I opened the car door to strong odor of bad cigarette and pot smell hit me. The car APPEARED clear inside and out but I couldn’t find the smell.
The next morning when I went to put the car seat in the car for my four year old grandson, I moved the passenger seat for just a notch ( the edge of where the mat ends in the back) so he had room for his legs when he got in. As he got in he dropped his Lego person. He got in his seat I buckled him in and bent down to pick up his Lego person and there under the seat just at the edge of the mat was a cigar blunt with pot in it, a toothpick, a folded up orange ticket warning and a partially eaten tortilla.
I am pissed at this time as his message stated car may not always be washed outside but is vacuumed inside and had to get to work. I messaged the host when I got a break. I sent the picture I took. His response was that even though people are not allowed to smoke in the car and we live in a state where pot is legal people are going to smoke. If the stuff was that far under the seat it got missed. He also said I could return the car within in the hour and he would reimburse me for the day… um no you would refund me what I didn’t use as that would mean I would need another car to rent. Oh and he automatically assumed I was in town which is wasn’t. For that matter I could have had a business trip out of state which I do often in Wyoming and Nebraska. Then he said just get a smoke/chemicbombed and
