Car was returned way early then received a “late” email. Car was not late being returned.

Overall the car was fine. There was no windshield washer fluid or a snow brush. Which made it difficult because it snowed one day. The process was pretty easy but despite having insurance I had to pay to get a new tire because one went flat, so beware.

Regarding the tire, any damage during a trip is handled through Turo’s protection plan, and costs depend on the coverage selected and deductible set by Turo, not the host.
