Alonzo was good about communication. The location was awesome at least for me because it was in my neighborhood just five minutes from my house. The GMC is a 2021 with about 100,000 miles so there was some interior wear. I really wanted to love the vehicle, but I felt like it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been for price. I operate a sightseeing tour business and we do private groups so we need the vehicle to be super clean and this vehicle was 4 out of 5 on cleanliness. If it was given a good detail and kept clean, I would rent it again.

The car is good for big families but didn’t have the car seat or booster in it upon pickup and we had to drive 30 mins to get them. The host refunded us the cost but it was inconvenient.
