Considering all the issues that we had with TURO, the host was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that my trip went as smooth as possible through the hiccups. I will give this host the highest possible rating availabal
available. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for TURO customer service department. I feel like TURO actually overcharged me. I WANT TO STRESS THAT THE HOST COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER! Devin was very professional!
