The AC didn’t blow cold. Room temp when temp set to 60. Shot never offered option to return the vehicle. Said everything was. Called Turo support to learn of this options including returning it to get another vehicle. I was on a short time frame by the time I learned of this it was not helpful. Had to take the vehicle to mechanic otherwise. Confirmed ac not cooling properly. Turo support was difficult. The rep couldn’t give me exact advice on how to avoid 2 hours of driving to return this vehicle but document the ac issue. When requested the rep refused a supervisor then when I pushed she said she would transfer and I was hung up on. Way disappointed after this app came highly recommended.

I explained to you I was so respectful and I reported to Turo I interrupted your trip but you returned 15 minutes before returning time. Also, during the trip I responded every single time but you reported I did not respond. In addition, you documented about my ac and I evidenced my billing when I bought it from rock auto company which GM one. I mentioned I did my best I fixed it as professional as I can but you did not understand me. Finally, since I worked with Turo I didn’t find any customer
The car did it's part and took care of me and my family. The host responded quick on questions and was helpful in the process.
