The host has great communication skills. I had forgotten my own, personal keys inside the vehicle. He went above and beyond to search the vehicle for them right away, coordinated a pickup for me. Really helpful and solution-oriented. Made himself readily available. Thank you.

His communication was great and the car is probably fine for traveling short distances, however over long distances did not feel very comfortable. The car was very loud, had a broken tail light and really struggled to get up mountain roads and seemed to have a bit of a steering issue as well. The car would sometime drag or drift to one side while driving!
