Willy is a great host. My flight was delayed multiple times. I made sure to communicate with him throughout the day and he was beyond pleasant about the situation. What should have been an early in the day pick up turned into a 11pm pick up. Willy was supportive and that gave me some relief about the whole ordeal. The car runs well, was very clean, and great on gas. Thank you Willy!!

Car was really great for driving around. Great on gas too! Did have some paint spots missing which wasn't in the photos and different wheels. Interior was super clean!

Allan,Thanks for your great communication. I noticed this was your first Turo trip. I was surprised by your review. My vehicle is older (2017), so it has some cosmetic wear, but it's safe, reliable, and well-maintained. The brakes were replaced about two months ago, and no other guests have reported any issues. If cosmetic condition is important to you, I'd recommend in the future asking the host before booking to make sure the vehicle meets your expectations. Bad reviews really affect us. THX
