The car was amazing. Our host was amazing. Everything was super smooth and flawless. If I ever come back, I will be renting again

Very nice and clean vehicle. Unfortunately on our way to Breckenridge it was apparent that the brakes were well over due for replacement. During one of the recents the vehicle was vibrating violently and we had to pull off the side of the road in the middle of the mountains. Messaged Humberto while I was on the side of the road and all I got was a message that the car didn’t tell him they needed replaced. Once in Breckenridge I messaged again saying that I wasn’t comfortable driving back to Denver with my family as I didn’t want the brakes to go out while in another decent. Never heard back. Concerned for the next family that rents this vehicle as it is just a matter of time. Luckily we made it back but I had to use the manual down shift button to help maintain speed.
