The car however, had quite a few issues some I consider a safety hazard.
Starting with comforts, the cruise control didn’t work, the heater didn’t work, and i had to buy a fuse for the cigarette lighter so i could use my bluetooth converter.
Now for the safety issues. It ran out of windshield wiper fluid. The horn didn’t work, and the manual gear (its an automatic with manual feature) didn’t work.
With driving in the mountains being able to opt into manual control is paramount for safety and control, add the horn not working, and i think it’s quite unsafe for a rental. Unfortunately i didn’t find out these features didn’t work until i was almost to my destination.
