Vehicle was unsafe to drive and after reporting this Incident they never responded for bringing the vehicle back early.

You forgot to mention that you booked the car 1 day trip, you picked up at 10am after driving 153 miles at 4pm you claimed that the tire was bald and needed a full refund. I hope you you could’ve been honest at check-in when you noticed the tire you should’ve left the car instead you took it ran your errand then at the of your trip requested a full refund.
We could not get the key fob to lock and unlock the car without using the buttons on the fob. The car appears to have touch options but we could not get them to work. There are several warnings / indicators on the car that have to be ignored before you can see the navigation system or back up camera. The brake light was on the entire trip?

Couldn’t drive the car

Vehicle is nothing like the pictures at all. Interior is dirty. Suspension is loose. Check engine light pops on and off. I had to meet owner at a mechanic shop on MY TIME to see what was wrong and was something to do with fuel system evap leak. Engine has small oil leak from head gasket but big enough to smoke here and there when excess oil is burned off when it drips. Barely a point a to point car.
