Car was nice and clean. Instructions were clear and communication was great. No issues with the car except we chose to fill up the windshield wiper fluid during our use. Easy pickup and drop off at the airport. Airport parking cost was refunded immediately also. Great overall car rental.

The BMW we had ran fantastic, was good on gas, and had a fresh interior odor. However, the air conditioning wasn’t that strong, and there was some squealing with the brakes.

Hi Michael, I had the AC checked out as soon as it came back and they said it was blowing to the full potential. I'll make sure to keep an eye on it either way. As for the brakes, they were replaced along with the rotors right before pickup and usually take a bit to "break in" or "bed in" but I do appreciate the feedback and hope that next time around I can improve your experience.
