Daniel was wonderful, responding immediately and giving me guidance to where the car was parked since it’s my first time ding Turo. The car was clean and the car performed really well!

The BMW we had ran fantastic, was good on gas, and had a fresh interior odor. However, the air conditioning wasn’t that strong, and there was some squealing with the brakes.
Hi Michael, I had the AC checked out as soon as it came back and they said it was blowing to the full potential. I'll make sure to keep an eye on it either way. As for the brakes, they were replaced along with the rotors right before pickup and usually take a bit to "break in" or "bed in" but I do appreciate the feedback and hope that next time around I can improve your experience.
