They told me to remove all personal items and they would clean the car but still TRIED to charge me after I returned the vehicle for standard cleaning .! A complete rip off

We never submit a cleaning fee. You don’t have to clean but at least keep it tidy. And return on empty gas while we have pre-trip photo with a full tank. If you can proof of any cleaning fee invoice that we charged you after the trip. We will give you full refund for this trip. Plus we didn’t even charge you refill gas. You’re welcome
