i had requested a child seat and upon arrival the child seat was not in the vehicle even though i had messaged them assuring the child seat would be in the car - an employee misplaced it in a different vehicle which was a huge inconvenience, we had to wait an hour for them to deliver. just a bad way to start a vacation but they have offered to reimburse me for this issue so they were understanding of my frustration besides that vehicle also wasn’t in the best shape.
