The vehicle was clean and presented well overall. There were some minor scratches and door dings, but nothing outside what I’d expect from a rental.
Unfortunately, there were several mechanical and maintenance issues during the trip. The transmission appeared to slip frequently, causing rough shifts that felt similar to riding with someone learning to drive a manual transmission. The key fob also did not function properly, requiring me to quickly start the vehicle to avoid the alarm sounding.
Additionally, the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty, which became a safety concern given the weather and road conditions. Most concerning, a check engine light came on near the end of the rental and the vehicle developed a rough idle.
While the car looked good cosmetically and was clean, the mechanical issues made the experience less comfortable and raised concerns about the vehicle’s maintenance and reliability.
Yuly and her crew were very responsive but it felt more like talking to AI.

Car was nice and clean, transmission was a little funky, but the worst part was The key fob didn't work at all and with a group of six I could only use the keys and I had to manually lock the doors and start the car so that the alarm wouldn't go off the whole trip. Tried to communicate but didn't get a response.
