Within hours of picking it up, the low tire pressure light came on. Stopped and filled it up and it held pressure. Went to bed, came out the next morning and the tire was completely flat. Of course, there was no spare, jack or tire iron in car to fix it. Called TURO support and the host and neither were helpful at all. Had to pay $180 out of pocket to get it fixed. This was more than the rental cost itself. Host and TURO are blaming me, and will not reimburse. Do yourself a favor, do not use this host or TURO.
Hello Erik, we are sorry that you had this tire issue, however, this gorgeous X5 was driven to Key West right from the airport, and you messaged us a day later after picking up the vehicle advising us that one of the tires was flat.
Additionally, prior to every trip, our team takes 50+ pictures of every vehicle, and no issues with the vehicle were detected prior to your trip's start.
