the car quality was nothing to crazy i used just to get me & my baby to daycare ! my experience with this rental was a bit more then expected was told the motor in window had went out 5 mins before picking up vehicle , During my trip as soon as i got in vehicle & closed door the back window shattered, communicated with host right away he scheduled someone to come out to fix ,come to find out once he opened door the window was missing a piece & seem window wasn’t in properly!! i road with a broken window my whole trip because i had already paid & it was to late to book another ! i would just recommend renting a newer car from turo this car is pretty beat up !!! i can say the owner is very responsive through the whole process ! we did agree for a certain amount for me to pay but like i said just a headache overall not a pleasing experience
The guest sent a video of what happened. She slammed the door excessively hard which caused the window to break. The repair estimate was $520 but due to the holiday and everything I was very generous and asked if she'd be okay to just pay $150 and I would cover the rest. The guest agreed and I got the window fixed. I attempted to have the window repaired during her trip but safelight needed a clip as they couldn't use the old one. There was nothing missing, the old clip just couldn't be reused.

Vehicle was kinda dusty and dirty. No washer fluid and the car veers to the right. Host was great and other than those minor details the car was great as well.
The car was cleaned inside and out the night before your trip. The outside may have got slightly dusty between then, sorry for that I typically get the car ready the day before since guests usually pickup via remote key exchange while I'm at work. I had an extr bottle of washer fluid in the trunk if you messaged me I would have helped you. I always respond quickly and worst case I could reimburse you if you needed to pick some up. I'm glad you enjoyed the car besides that minor issue. Thank you.
