The car was left with a light needing oil and I was left with this vehicle after I reserved another vehicle beforehand. I was asked to send over my license info earlier in the day and was approved then right beforehand he canceled my rental leaving me with no choice but this rental. Horrible experience with this platform

Hello Nicole, the reason why this beautiful Cayenne needed additional oil after your trip was because of the multiple times it was driven 100 MPH++++ (something common for Porsches after they are driven like race cars). And we are happy to report however that after your trip, an inspection was performed, and it is still driving as a Porsche should.

Car drove great, host was communicative and helpful. Pickup was pretty easy and smooth. Car had some wear and tear on the interior but was still in really good condition for the year and price. Great family and luxary car. Great deal would book with this host again!

I had a terrible experience with this rental. When I picked up the vehicle, it reeked of marijuana, and there was actually visible drug residue left in the center console. This led to a horrible and highly stressful situation where the airport police approached us for a minor lane stoppage, smelled the car, and became extremely hostile. I immediately photographed the residue and reported it to the host.Beyond that, the car was in unacceptable condition:No Working A/C: The air conditioning barely functioned. It would only kick on if I drove 75 mph, and even then, it would shut off after 5 to 10 minutes. We were dangerously hot inside the vehicle.Filthy Interior: The car seats were heavily stained and dirty. It needed a deep detail; a simple wipe-down would not fix the layer of grime.Fuel Level: The car was provided with less than a full tank of gas (just below full), which is exactly how I returned it.When I reported these massive issues, the host merely apologized and said they would detail it after my trip was over. A rental car should be properly detailed and inspected before it is handed off to a guest. I would not recommend this vehicle or host.

Hello Shakira, and so sorry for the less-than-ideal experience you had. Since your trip, we have had the opportunity to fully and completely restore and deep clean this Cayenne, and are happy to report that it is now driving as a Cayenne should. And the AC issue has also been resolved.
