I wasn´t going to leave a review to avoid affecting the host for this trip but after long toughts I decided to do it. The whole experience was bad:
1- The car was barely ok, it wasnt clean in every aspect, had papers and documents from previous users, one of the lights didnt worked and to drive at night wasnt very secure, the apple carplay is from an old model and it dosnt connect always and you need to use a cable to be able to do it.
2- The pick up experience, I looked for a car to be picked ut at the airport and the publication states that you can pick up the car in the airport with a lot of missleading information. When I reserved the car I got a message from the host said that " if you are picking up the car from the airport you must know......" so of course I didnt checked out twice to see that the pick up location was 40 minutes away from the airport with the cost of moving form one place to another with kids. The host wasnt able to provide any kind of solution (he had a personal commitment to attend and he wasnt available, and that´s fine but a better communication would have solved this in a very easy way.
3- TURO customer service was the worst I´ve ever contacted, a lady in some part of the world with any kind of empathy and 0 willing to help was on the phone with me, of course the chat bot is awfull and to get an answer from a person was all a challenge, they finally force you to help yourself.
My final recommendation is, you can save a couple of dollars with Turo but it dosnt worth it, this was the third time I use it and it will be the last. You can get good deals from better consolidated companies that will provide efficent customer service in case you need anything and they care about customer satisfaction so avoid this. Turo is only good if you want to rent a very expensive car for a day or two but not more than that. If you are traveling to have a vacation time be smart and avoid yourself a headache.
Our sincere apologies you did not have a 5⭐️ experience. Unfortunately, we were expecting this retaliation for your own mistake. Unfair! The root of your frustration comes from you booking the car to be picked up at the wrong location. We take great care of our guests and this car has provided dozens of five star reviews. In fact, your retaliatory review is the first negative one. Either way, we appreciate your business and wish you the best. Just double check your booking next time.

Cypress lot is a little confusing. Car was great and clean for the most part.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback, and are always disappointed when we don’t meet our 5⭐️ goals. Unfortunately, Parking is out of our control. Turo and airport regulations dictate that we park in the specified area of the Cypress garage, which is also the rental car garage for all other companies. Most people seem to find it fairly easy. Our sincere apologies if you felt it was hard to navigate. We appreciate having the opportunity to host you and look forward to the next one. Thanks
