The car itself was perfect. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed. The drop-off process was also easy and straightforward.
However, the pickup was stressful and unnecessarily difficult. The address provided was incorrect; the actual pickup location was a few blocks away. We waited about 45 minutes while trying to call and message the host with no response. Eventually, someone nearby suggested the rental location might be down the street, and thankfully that turned out to be correct.
Additionally, the car was not provided with a full tank as expected - it only had about a quarter tank of gas.
Aside from the pickup issues, unresponsiveness and fuel level, the car itself was excellent.

Denise was great to work with! Communication was easy and she made the pickup and drop-off process smooth and stress-free. The 2023 Chevrolet Suburban ran well and was spacious and comfortable for our trip.
There was just a small detail with the back seats not being perfectly clean, but overall everything went well and we had a positive experience.
