Location was fine, host was communicative, the car worked for us. Some cosmetic blemishes but overall did what we needed.

The good news is that the host is great very responsive extremely attentive to anything we needed.He was very detailed with pick up and drop off instructions etc…..
Now the bad news is that this car is in extremely poor condition to start the electric portion of tail gate doesn’t work so you have muscle the trunk door up and down which my wife couldn’t do. Furthermore if you care about aesthetics the paint on the back of the car is fading and pealing off the car. The absolute worst part is that the car had no break pads for the duration of my trip so every time I would break you would hear the metal grinding from the breaks rubbing the metal rotors. The rear head rest in the back bench doesn’t stay up which was really uncomfortable for my daughter throughout the entire trip not to mention unsafe. The car had no washer fluid and needed an oil change this is an older car that has 112k miles on it but doesn’t mean it can’t be properly maintained. I was traveling with my wife and four kids and I can tell you I didn’t feel safe or comfortable driving that car and next time I will do more research before renting a car.

Car was not clean upon pickup. Also the rear headrests in the third row would not stay up. It was definitely an inconvenience being that we actually needed to use third row. Also there was an issue with the tailgate that it would periodically alert that it was open as we were driving.
Overall we made it work, we were in town for a family gathering but had this been a different type of gathering it would have definitely been an inconvenience
